2 Infinity wheels?

Hi

Any heard anything about these guys: http://www.cycle2infinity.co.uk/#/wheels/4540335515

Specifically their wheels, sounds too good to be true, great wheels at a decent price (don't like the decals at all though)?

Or anyone heard of/ seen the sticky out bits on the wheels? I'm sure I've seen them on other brands - is it supposed to be more aero/ displace turbulence?

those wheels are the same as Colbert Cycles just with different decals on them.

    Totally identical.....

The decals can be taken off. Stephen Colbert can give you the wheels with his decals or just blank.

Colberts are good wheels, so if they are the same then up to you.

So how do the prices compare? The last time I looked Colbert didn't list prices?

And what is the purpose of the sticky out bits, just a design "feature" or are they supposed to be more aero?

the sticky out bits are to help catch the wind supposedly. looks cool so who cares. Think Colberts are slightly more expensive tho

I think paid 700 for 85's front and rear.
  • got a recent quote from Colbert. 88mm tubs for £550 per set. Seem like good quality wheels and come from the factory that makes reynolds and zipps as well. Similar setup to planet-x on the supplier front according to Stephen. Sound like quite good spokes as well and overall very good value.

And I believe the same rims as Fuerte Bici wheels at £399 http://fuertebici.com/site/?p=294
