Quality Turbo Sessions.
Anyone else logging the hours up on the sadistic machine that is the turbo trainer. I was hoping people could post their favourite sessions on here. Trying to get some variety to spice the winter up.
Seem to have these links lying around; not used them myself, I've been following Chris Carmichaels "Time Crunched Cyclist" book.

Basingstoke Tri have a good spreadsheet too:

The spreadsheet is for their group sessions:
I use a selection of the training videos to keep things varied.
I particularly like the Chris Carmichael series, yes the fella is a bit annoying and cheesy but the workout's are good sessions and have definately improved my cycling.
I'm afraid you have this all wrong dude.
There is not one single fav turbo session in the world. Quite the opposite. They are shit... as much as enjoy a turbo session, I certainly have no favourites
I use the footie or dvds while on mine, or anything to keep my mind off it....
Try the sufferfest videos (
). Good videos, hard intervals. Worth a look.
