Hello every one,

I have signed up for my first tri, although i do a lot of running have i left it a bit late in life to start as i turn 50 next year

    absolutely not,lots of triathletes come into the sport at a more mature age,good on you,some people are racing ironman races into their seventies and beyond.

    I was also 49 when I did my first Tri, that was 5 years ago!

    I was prepared to do that when I moved to my current address but the little sods have thwarted my plans by behaving and apologising if they do anything ...

    Thank you all for encouraging replys i will now start training harder to prove age is just a number.
