What Wheels do I upgrade to?

Hi all I am looking at upgrading my wheels that came with my gary fisher AR super. I am looking at either a set of Shimano RS80 or Reynolds solitude (i have heard bad reports from the latter).

I have about £350 to spend, what do you reacon? are there any other sets worth looking at?
