1. To research into the type and frequency of injuries sustained by active triathletes in training for a competition or specific event.
2. To investigate the impact of the injuries on training schedules, work commitments and days out of work.
3. To establish the attitude, awareness and utilisation to CAM (Complementary and alternative medicine, such as chiropractic, acupuncture, sports massage etc) by triathletes in the treatment of injuries/conditions related to triathlon.
4. To analyse if Cam received by triathletes is perceived as effective in the treatment and management of injuries related to triathlon and do they feel improving their potential by using CAM.
5. To identify the experiences of triathletes` benefit on wellbeing through CAM and determine if a trend or perception for wellness care exists.
6. To ascertain trends in the collected data that justify further research in oder to effectively target healthcare provision towards specific patient groups or types of injury that may benefit from CAM

I am actually considering to design a new questionnaire, as mine has to improve a bit.
