Drink powder

I'm looking for a new drink, preferably one i can use for training and races and something that is good value.

Been looking at at Isostar Hydrate and Perform, it's £6.53 for 5 litres.

Anyone got any good stuff they can recommended?

    I use High 5, a big tub is aout £20 and makes about 25 litres

    They produce some good guides

    I have rego hydrate which came fromtesco's (i was desperate) Its ok!

    Well i've been using Multipower Acive but it's running out and they seem to have stopped making it.

    Which is the best flavour in the High5 range?

    I think High 5 comes in Citrus, Lemon and Summer Fruits, I have Summer Fruits which tastes quite nice.

    If the most expensive powder is the only one that doesn't make you throw up,then that is the best value one,
    personal choice for me is SIS psp22,tesco's sells it.

    Unless of course you like the taste of sweat? IN which case its perfect because it tastes exactly lie sweat...and not your own! ;-)

    This year I've dropped the brands, just lemon sugar free lemon squash with t teaspoon of sea salt. Much cheaper, and seems to OK so far.

    I went for High5 in citrus. Tastes pretty good n doesn't cause any stomach issue so i'll probably sick with it for a while.

    Tried the SIS in the past n didn't like the flavour

    I like Gatorade for a sugary water in training, Maximuscle Viper extreme for racing.
