Anyone got or done the spinerval DVDs???? Are they any good??

    I have 1.0 - 4.0 and they seem ok. I havent done them just watch a bit of each and they seem easy to understand and if anything a touch boring as you just watch 10 people doing the same as you! Have you tried sufferfest?
