surfer’s ear’ in UK triathletes

Dear all, I am conducting a small test study of the awareness of ‘surfer’s ear’ amongst UK triathletes and open water swimmers. I am trying to reach as many people as possible and so have set up an online survey at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2JHVRMG. It is only 10 questions. If you had a few minutes to fill it in I would be very grateful. If I get enough replies I am hoping to write up the work for publication in a medical journal.
