    Zacnici thanks for highlighting this serious issue which should be of great concern for many of us out there. I for one have had a wet tissue in the back of my cycling jacket for a few weeks now and was becoming concerned with my red nose. To be honest I was not aware it could develop into something so serious. I will take time out tonight to highlight the issue to my partner so she is aware of the potential problem and know what to do if things take a turn for the worse over the next month or so, thanks.
