    Best wishes to all for the Christmas period, with a special thought for all those men and women involved in the sport who follow the forum who are overseas with the armed forces and away from their families at this special time of year, will be thinking of you on my Chrsitmas morning run out in the wind and rain getting some much needed head space before tackling a Christmas feast.

    Plan is to put my turkey breast into the oven and go for a 10k run in the fields then tomorrow a 'fun' 10k time trial
