Duathlon Help (clumber Park)

HI. I have enrolled for the Clumber Park Classic in March as a warm up to my first Tri Season. I am 43 and come to the world of multisport as a runner (primarilary) I found some old results from Clumber and the Classic race seems to be made up of really good atheles. I was considering a time of around 2 3/4 to 3hours. Have I bitten off more than I can chew with this race?

Advice welcome

Thanks in advance

Ignore the times for the past couple of years,as that race was used as a qualifying race for the ITU/ETU champs:-)

    just enjoy it.
  • Dotn worry about times. I have entered the Dambuster Duathlon and the time are mad for that. I am lookign for around the 3hour mark for mine. I would enjoy it more than anythign else. Its a great venue and OSB events are great.

    Hi
As jon.E says, Clumber has been the British championships for at least the last two years, so attracts a strong field.
Your money is just as good as theirs and if you want to enter, you are just as welcome
