Under £300 Road Bike?

Hi Everyone,


Im looking for a road bike for under £300, now I know these are quite hard to find new with at least average components so I thought Id see if anyone had an old road bike they are willing to sell or know someone who has. It has to be 58cm upwards, nothing flashy, carbon etc, just something fairly recent! .


If anyone has one please do say!

    I not long ago posted and add for a Dawes Giro 300, got it advertised at £225, don't know if this is what your after??

    Byron, do you still have that bike available sounds like a really good bike. what condition is it in?

    nervous system will need to relearn the movement patterns and your cardiovascular system will need to re-plumb itself. Some strength work & gait training may also help.
