First pool swim advice- Dunmow Tri

Hi All,
I would like some advice if anyone can help
Im doing my first Pool tri this weekend. well its my second triathlon I have ever done and my first one was South Coast tri and that was a sea swim. so this will be first pool one.
What do guys wear in the pool then go to T1? Does anyone wear a tri suit? I have Zoot Performance Tri Racesuit but dont know if you can wear it in a pool then go straight on the bike. It would be easier.
I have brought some swimming Jammers but dont know how I would change to my tri suit at the transition zone.
what do guys do ?
I would really appreciate anyones advice.

As you can tell, I'm totally new to triathlon's, so im not 100% about gear in a pool. I loved my first one and I know Im getting to bug for more.
