City of Birmingham Triathlon
Hello. I've got the City of Bham Olympic Tri this Sunday and I've spent the weak dreaming of drowning, falling off my bike and cramping up - not always necessarily in that order.
Was wondering who else on the forum is taking part and if anyone else has scoped out the bike course and can give me a feel for what to expect? Finished my first sprint in April but I'm still a little nervous about the race.
I'm also looking for someone to help zip me into my wetsuit - my wife was suddenly unavailable when she realised that it was a 7am start
