Cleats and adapters Help!!

I've got some shimano pedals with some standard 3 hole cleats click in twist off etc, my wife's treated me to some lake cx312 shoes but sadly came with 4 holes on bottom! Is there a adapter anybody recommends to keep using my cleats and pedals??
