Hi, I am looking for some advice. I am investing in a tt bike and have been looking I have ??2500 ish to spend and be looking at planet x and Dolan as are around my price range but have recently seen a cervelo p2 2014 that looks the business but would take my hole budget and not leave me with extra for wheels. My question is would it be better to get the p2 and wait for wheels or is it better to go for a planet x or Dolan and get a full package. Thanks for any help Stu

Simplest answer is get a bike fit done and get the one that fits your required reach and stack number closest.
The new P2 is a nice bike. i have a new P3 (same frame) and I'm really happy with it. Having said all that, I had some deep section carbon wheels already. Wheels really do transform a bike.
I'd be tempted to get a P2 and then pick up some second hand wheels. Or wait a month or so until the 2015 models start launching in earnest and pick up a deal on the P2...
