4 week training plan

Hi,

Got an Olympic distance tri on th 29th Sept and due to a combination of holiday and illness I haven't done any serious training since 22nd July.

I was reasonably tri fit then so have a base to work from but was wondering if anyone has any advice or can point me to a good 4 week training plan.

I can train upto 8-10 sessions a week at anything from 30-90 min a time.

    Have a look at the plans in 'Starting Out Triathlon' by Paul Huddle & Roche Frey. It has an 8 week plan but if you've a good base there's no reason not to start at week 5.

  • Just remember rest days
