Doing this tomorrow done lots of running here (fell racing) but is only my second Tri very Nervous! weather looks good though

    Stu howd it go? did it myself and enjoyed the swim and the run, bike didn't go too well, mostly because altohugh I've driven round there a lot my descents are not fast enough to make up for my climbing.

    Oh and running downhill, clearly don't go down fast enough.
