what's it to be in 2015?
now the remnants of the enormous christmas pudding i seem to have eaten have been cleared away i feel i can turn thoughts to the 2015 season - mainly because i didn't have a 2014 one.
this year's priority list looks something like this:
- stop being injured / broken
- try to get some consistency back in my training
- get my sorry bum round IM Wales
- do a sprint tri or two, because i miss them and they are fun
anyone else got a 2015 hit list? small training steps in january becoming big racing strides in july?
