  I really can't see what harm the Kona Lottery caused anyone. Another over reaction by some jobsworth somewhere.

  The benefits of a lottery are huge for the people that dream, but surely $50 is a bit steep, why not make it $5 and a additional $15 to a nominated charity. Surely that would create more enteries and greater revenue overall
