    Finding your weakest discipline:
I want to know how my paces measure up compared to others, as I'm not sure where to focus my conditioning efforts and where I'll get the best return. I haven't done a good indicator race, but I know my thresholds:
    Swim 1:43 /100m, Bike 285W, Run 3:35 /km.

In a flat olympic tri I would expect:
    27:00 swim, 1:05 bike (?), 38:00 run.
I'm pretty sure my swim is worst, but where do I sit in a pack?
