Garmin 920xt/Training Peaks woes

Hi just started using Training Peaks, struggling to get my Garmin 920xt to share the training info to it,anyone more tech savvy than me?? Thanx

The way it works for me is to auto-sync it with Garmin Connect (there's an auto upload feature) so you can Bluetooth sync it via your smartphone. Link your Garmin Connect to your Training Peaks (and free Strava if you wish) and the files will be there.
