weymouth middle distance

hi, does anyone know anything about the weymouth middle distance course on june 4th, i.e. is it hilly? is the course exposed to the wind etc,,, any other little pieces of advice would be more than welcome too... thanks

    Follow this link, it's the best info I could find. I live in Poole & happened to be in Weymouth at the weekend & I can assure you the potential for hills is very good, depending which route out of Weymouth they take you.

    well it certainly sounds hilly, it'll be a challenge to haul my fat ass up them hills, but i'll give it a go, anyone else who has any advice or knowledge, feel free to enlighten me

    well i live in weymouth and the start of the cycle is flat for about 3-4 miles then youll hit the ridgeway which is is a fairly long and large hill...not too steep then id say the rest of the course is undulating....i wont be there that day because oddly im doing the 1/2 ironman on exmoor which is miles away and costs 3x more to compete in!!!!!!
