upgrading the cassette Shimano Ultegra from 10 speed (6800)  to 11 speed ( R8000) is enough or do I need to change the other parts of groupset?

    Yes.



    The wheel's freehub may only take a 10 speed cassette. Best check



    Will certainly need a new chain and a new shifter for the rear. May also need new chainrings



    You may get what you need, closer gear ratios for example, by simply changing your 10 speed cassette.
