What is the highest altitude that anyone has competed in a triathlon at?
We are proposing to hold a swim, run, bike in the Himalayas (Tri in the Sky, http://www.e-w-c.co.uk ) starting at over 5000m and would like to hear other peoples tales of competing at altitude ie any difficulties experienced with water temp, reduced oxygen levels etc etc.
