Just released the first episode of 'Cup of Tri' triathlon podcast

Myself and Helen Murray (lovely lass, and great AG triathlete) have started it, to focus on the UK triathlon scene - both in terms of UK races, and UK athletes racing well abroad.

We've kicked off episode 1 with an interview with Nikki Bartlett, the AGer who finished 2nd overall female at IMUK 70.3 Wimbleball this year.

So if you've got 20 minutes to spare (or are just killing time in the run up to Christmas), put your headphones on and pretend you're on a conference call
