I raced ironman UK for the first time this year, thought the organisation and support was amazing finished in 14:55:11 was over the moon with my result, btw I'm 45 work full time and have 2 small children to also look after whilst my wife holds down a full time night shift job as well. It makes training sessions hard to do consistently.
