Great training base in Caimari.Mallorca

I spend part of the year on Mallorca had have a completely new flat in Caimari (directly on the Coll de Sa Batalla climb), the perfect training location (the village even has a 25m pool) with rides and running trails fanning out in all directions..  I'd love to rent the flat out when not here, to people motivated by the training opportunities.The flat has 2 double bedrooms each with single beds,and a double sofa-bed in the open plan living room.There is washing machine,roof terrace and secure indoor parking for expensive bikes, plus a nice roof terrace with table and barbeque plus views over the mountains.My intention is also to make it an affordable option (700eur/week in winter).Please contact me if you would like to know more about the area,training opportunities,the flat (photos) or anything else Mallorca-scentric on lennart@inbox.com
