Starting training again after concussion


After a fairly bad bike crash in a triathlon, I have suffered from a severe concussion for several months. I'm recovering and can carefully start training again.

However, don't really know how to start. There is a lot of info on starting to train with muscular injuries, but not after a head injury. I used to make my own training plan, but now looking for some support of building a balanced training plan taking the concussion into account. Any advice from your experience? Or any London based coaches with relevant experience?
