Hi
Just letting anyone who is attending the Outlaw in Nottingham this weekend know, that the UKBCA will be offering a mini Biomechanical Screening for a small donation to charity.
A biomechanical screening looks at how your body is setup to perform. A full screen will look at pelvis, spine, shoulders, knees, ankles, feet muscular spasms and nerve spasms. So if anyone is getting any niggly injuries that are hampering training or just want to know more then look out for them.
If you cant make it or they are to busy and still want to know more just ask.
