One hour break between relay tri legs?

I have a relay tri coming up where the swim is replace with kayaking. It goes bike (21 miles), kayak (5 miles), run (6.5 miles), and I'm doing the bike and the run. I'm expecting to have about an hour of a break between the bike and the run.... what should I do? Stay warm? Stretch? Eat something? Would love some advice!
