Half before a full?
I am new to triathlon and as a treat for my 50th I have decided to complete the Outlaw Long Distance Tri at the end of July
I am planning a sprint and olympic distance etc before as part of my training.
My question is, there is a half distance.. the cotswold 113 around 6-7 weeks before the outlaw.
Is this too close to the Outlaw to complete, I am thinking recovery etc, or do you think its a good idea
