Anyone used/using this?

Don't have the £££s for a smart trainer but saw the sensor is only £35 and wondered if it's worth going for it. Have a shoulder/neck issue at the moment so getting out on the road is off limits for a couple of months so want to try something to help monitor progress (or lack of!) Has to be something that the other half will approve my expense claim for
