Brick training

I am training in Canada and I hate the winter.  So my outside runs are far and few between!!   Funny thing is I hate the treadmill just as much or more.  I have a question on brick training I am doing.  I am doing 10 on the bike and then 5 on the treadmill for and hour up to 3 hours.  For the experienced triathletes is this ok to be doing??
