Indoor cycling locations in London with own bike

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew of a gym or cycling shop in London that I could bring my bike in and cycle indoors on a windtrainer? I'm heading over to the UK for an Ironman and want to use my own bike for some last minute training.

I plan to ride outdoors as well, but I quite like the monotony of plugging away on a windtrainer.
