Leading up races to Ironman distance
Hello everyone,
I´m doing my first Ironman this year. Ironman Switzerland!!!!
heard great things about it.
I have just signed up as a leading up to the Lisbon Half, in Portugal. I have a couple of friends doing it that have done it last year and loved it. They say its almost all flat and the location is amazing.
I have sent the organization an e-mail asking if there where many slots still available, and was very impressed..........it looked like live support, in a couple of minutes I got my answer. Apparently there is only few left. They sad they sold out by January 15 last year.
Well the truth is that they have 300 slots more this year so.......
Any more information on this one? any one else doing it? Gear advice for this one?
I am staying at the host Hotel which is like 5 minutes (so I was told) from the airport and the venue.....
