Setting up bike

Anyone got any good links or documents about setting up your bike...

    All the driven and ridden ones are pretty good and the DVD is good if you fancy splashing out a tenner

    Search the web for these two 1. Bikesport Michigan - excellent tri/TT tutorials and 2. competitive cyclist.com (I think).

    They're good in but like all websites & books etc use them as a starting point and as a source of information and then experiment and take advice from trusted others. Beware the seasoned cyclist as very often their idiosynchratic set up or advice (which is good for them) may not suit you.

    I have changed my set up quite radically in the last two years by researching data from cyclists in wind tunnels and from an aeronautical engineer friend. I found the new set up uncomfortable at the start but mile after mile of training on it got me used to it.
