Spent 3 hours with the good people at TriSport Coaching down in Surrey today, courtesy of a very welcome Xmas pressie from Mrs Squishy. Got a proper bike fit and good assesment of my cycling style (lots of flash graphs and graphics) with plenty of drills to do on the turbo and open road, plus a good hour in the endless pool which was videoed (and will be sent to me on DVD soon), again with loads of technique-specific drills to take away.
Bit of a trek for me from Warwickshire, but for anyone based in the Surrey area who's looking for some 1-on-1 coaching I'd recommend looking them up.
