Hi all,
Im taking part in a super sprint Duathlon soon as part of my training for my first tri in May. Any advice for the transistions please!!! Also i dont have triathlon shoes just normal clip on road shoes, will these be okay?

I did the Marlow Duathlon at the weekend and my wife tells me that she saw no-one doing the Triathlon-shoes-left-on-bike method.
