Have atraining partner who is a 15 year old male. 6 foot 1....continues to get cramps in his run leg ....Could be Bike set up, Growth adjustments...any thoughts????
Check the bike position though a lot of people get cramp during the run leg. Main thing is just to make sure he stretches regularly and foods high in potassium help prevent cramp (article in 220 this month or last about cramp)
Failing that, 6 foot 1 at 15??? get him rowing! [;)]
