At last I'm allowed to race following injury ................ so ...........
Is anyone on here doing the Athy race on Saturday ........... and if so Olympic or Sprint ???
I did the swim last night and can report that the river is down a good bit from last week so flow is alot less meaning slower swim time on the Sprint but for the Olympic it might be good news coming back upstream - weather forecast looks fab as well - good luck all, I can't wait !
