How PANTS is ITV player?

How the proverbial is anyone able to "watch" the highlights package on ITV Pantsplayer?
Or is it just me, alone, in the entire known universe, that is suffering?
I get ads, then the action starts... a clip maybe allegedly 15 minutes long of highlights etc - great. After about 4 minutes suddenly an ad starts up... a couple of those, then the ads cut out in the middle for the next one, then some more action... say 7 minutes... then after a couple off we go to the ads agaiun... then it goes back to the first action clip 20 Km out again!
