This year sees the 10th running of the Mid Sussex Sprint Triathlon
The course distances are:
400m pool swim
25km cycle
5km run
The event takes place at the Triangle ( Olympos) Leisure Centre, Burgess Hill , West Sussex, RH15 8WA
at 7:00am on 13th June 2010
Entry costs are £35 ( non BTF) and £33 (BTF)
The event is a perfect introduction to triathlon with many first timers. All marshalling is provided by Mid Sussex Triathlon Club members so the event is run by triathletes for triathletes and the triathlon has always been commended for its friendliness.
