Carbon Keo Look pedals to swap

Hi guys, got a bike with a pair of keo carbon look pedals, they are not new but look in good condition, they retail at a fair price, but i need spd sl as thats what i use on the other bikes and im far to lazy to change cleats all the time. anyone have anything decent to swap? Im happy to post. I can get pictures if needed. also happy to swap for a turbo! or something else shiney! offers welcome.
