Hi Guys,
Am looking for marshal help at the Three Spires Triathlon on the 11th July Which is in the midlands.
As normal now i will pay £20 or a free entry into a three spires of your choice for whoever you choose.

Please help if you can as i cannot run these events without enthusiast help from you guys.
