I've already shared this with the BCTTT guys and i haven't been too ridiculed....so i thought i may as well post it here and you can have a look if you want to.
its going to be a long road to ironman so i thought it would be a good idea to document it....i was thinking of writing a book but i heard some bloke had already done that.
