If anyone fancies a group ride this Sunday at 1430hrs in Richmond Park then feel free to join us. Some 220 clan, some BCTTTers are coming for a few laps and a catch up for my ( might not be yours) 1st group ride of 2010.
I am getting up early as I'm on nights and going straight back to work after the ride so it's not an all out race and I'll show you how to ride a bike whilst asleep
All welcome - all abilities ( you'll struggle to be a crap as me)
