Been a while...Back with a BANG!!!!

Well the best part of 2 years has passed since my last race due to unemployment, injury and house move so now I have new job settled back in the UK (gutted having to leave Lanzarote)and am ready to come back with a bang. Was planning on entering IM Wales soon as but have heard some conflicting reports about it so I could do with some suggestions of long distance fairly hard races with a good post race party.

Any thoughts if anyone can put my mind at ease about IM wales then it may well be the one.
