Hi I am a newbie to forum and triathlons.
I am trying to lose weight and wanted to download nutrient guide but I have been unable to. Is this because I don't subscribe so can't get free download. My hubby buys me the mag from the local shop which we like to support. (use it or lose it)
Just was wondering as it says free but is it free only with subscription.
