Email failed could some one help thanks

Could anyone shed some light on this please my wife has tyres to email [email protected]
But it keeps being sent back and says

Delivery Status Notification (failure)

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently

    She s tryin to send a photo and caption for the readers pictures section it says to send them to [email protected] but it's just a no go

    Sorry should of made my first post more clear

    Send it over to me at [email protected] and I'll get back to you. Not sure why it's not working but could be that the file is too big.
